Summary: No room service (might have occurred if I asked). My pet peeve is the quality of the mattress. In this area, they failed. Lastly, a significant part of the hotel appeared to be filled with long term, low income people. I don't believe that they were immigrants, but a significant majority of them appeared to be cooling their heels 24-7.

Summary: Place was clean and quiet Had to take out our own trash and get fresh towels from the front desk. Parking was a problem if you came back after dark Convenient to family that we were visiting but we would not stay there again

Summary: At my second night, i came back late in the night after a Red Sox game, my key card was not working. No staff was in the building. I had to call and wait 40 min in front of my locked door room. Before check out, my girl said, mom, there is a spider on the wall… but NO it was a tick! Last Time at these hotel!

Summary: The pull out bed was absolutely horrible. The most run down uncomfortable mattress ever. The room was definitely needed to have good night sleep, but was unable to because of the springy mattress.

Summary: Check-in associate was not friendly. No wi-fi info given and check-in desk closed until realized. No washcloths in the bathroom. Bed was not comfortable. Mold in the bathroom. Close to amenities.

Summary: 2nd time here . Was very noisy in building B . Doors slamming every morning.& people above us were fighting constantly. Not sure I would stay in that building again

Summary: Room was awesome and staff are super nice I just hope they get around to taking the sign down for the breakfast area because it is no longer available or never was and I kinda got my hopes up for that but other then that awesome place to stay!!!

Summary: My stay was overall pleasant. I really liked the hotel room, it had a lot of cups, plates, etc. The shower was nice and working. Had a small cute kitchen. Exactly like the picture, clean and cozy. The people were a different story. I walked in and said hello, I have a reservation for tonight. The lady rolled her eyes and said “Do you.” I brushed it off, she seemed funny just annoyed with working there. It is important to note I use my credit card ONLY on big purchases, I figured it would be fine to give them my card to have on file (they have a service fee if needed). I had no problem, all hotels do this. Keep in mind, I only use this card for travel purchases like hotels, or any big expense. I use a different credit card for others. Well, after I left, and this was the ONLY place i used my card at THIS MONTH, the next day somebody had used my card to try and pay their Netflix account! NOBODY else had my card, and I doubt if somebody stole it last month they’d wait this long to use it. Thank goodness I am smart about my money and had my account FROZEN! I quickly had to DEACTIVE AND DELETE MY ACCOUNT, and the ONLY place that had my card last was this place! Before that, it was only for insurance for my vechicles or for my trip last month but I didn’t end up USING IT! I never give this card out, so I know it had to be this staff! Keep in mind, I don’t watch TV, I don’t use Netflix or any streaming service except for sometimes YouTube! Didn’t even use the TV! Watch out for that!
